The bird image is also a sort of jigsaw puzzle: recombine the pieces to form the continent of Africa (plus the island of Madagascar). The real trick here, however, is to figure where the divisions occur, to make this puzzle both a bird (one way) and a continent (the other way). |
Take the challenge: Figure out how to divide the bird up into as few pieces as possible, that will recombine to form the continent of Africa (including Madagascar). One or more pieces may be turned over before recombining, especially if the result leads to fewer pieces required. Plus: no more than 15 separate parts are allowed. You can e-mail me a clear drawing of your answer, by scanning your image and sending it in .jpeg or .gif format. I do not have the answer myself: it is only what my spirit guides told me about the bird. |
